ENDAN in collaboration with Network of Organizations of/for the Visually Impaired and the Blind (NOVIB) and six member organizations is implementing A Project entitled “Promoting Disability Inclusive Development Practice in Key Socio-economic Sectors”, in Addis Ababa, Amhara, Oromia, SNNP and Tigray regional states by securing funding from EUCSFII.

Promoting Inclusive Vocational Training and Employment for Persons with Disabilities (PIVTEPD)
A project which has a goal of having increased numbers of organizations providing youth and adults with disabilities access to mainstream vocational skills training, business skills training, support for self-employment, internships, and formal sector employment opportunities.
Transition to Employment through Skills Training and Internships (TEST) for Youth with Disabilities
The project aims to increase opportunities for wage employment by facilitating internship opportunities and providing job-seeking skills training benefitting both TVET trainees as well as university graduates with disabilities.
